Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria AZ RIPPED me off to the tune of $500 plus wasted two days of my time. I had bumper from CBI customs installed on my 2023 Seqouia Capstone and wanted Larry Millers team to ca tune of $500 plus wasted two days of my time. I had bumper from CBI customs installed on my 2023 Seqouia Capstone and wanted Larry Millers team to calibrate the sensors as they were not working properly. The tech Eric called and said it was ready but they could not get the rear parking sensors to work and was I ok of they shut those off, I said sure. Then I picked up the vehicle and before I got off the lot the dash was lit up with the same sensor error lights! I went right back in and told the tech the problem, he looked and went and got the lead tech manager Mark who proceeded to tell me he did not let his tech finish calibrating because he thought the sensors could not read thru the bumper and tried to dismiss me. I said your tech Eric said nothing like that to me and charged me full price with a straight face! Then he got nasty and told me did you look at the receipt? When I did it was completely opposite to what Eric told me. When he again aggressively told me to go somewhere else I told him he better de-escalate his attitude and quickly. It almost turned to a fight when Scott the service manager stepped in. I disputed being charged for work they didn't do and I got CBI on the phone. I said to Mark how do you know it's not just a bad sensor? They took my vehicle in again to calibrate the sensors. Several hours later Eric sends me a digital work proposal for 1780.00 to replace the bad left blind spot sensor that was causing all the issues. I asked why I'm being charged full price for this if the sensor was faulty? Then I heard Mark tell Eric he would not submit it to Toyota because they would not cover it. Now my sensors are totally disabled and showing new error messages. I will never let those scammers touch another vehicle and I encourage Toyota to distance them selves from this organization. Stay away from this place, your wallet is at risk as well as your life. More

Your service advisor Mike Moore is the reason I keep returning, he gets it and is one of the best I have met on how to listen to what is needed by his customer and then exceeds all expectations.
