My rep was extremely knowledgeable about each model of vehicles we looked at and had a good idea of what I was looking for. The experience was the best I’ve had so far at a dealership having put trust in them to make sure I was making the right decision and so I got the truck I’ve been wanting and couldn’t be happier about it and the experience all together. Overall great customer service and quality employees doing there best for there customers. I will be a return customer for sure because of the excellent service and great customer relations I feel everyone deserves when buying a vehicle. More

He is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and has made himself available for any further questions about the upgrades in my Camry. I would buy from the dealership again, and will request Alex when the time comes. More

Old school sleazy used car dealer Be careful if you shop here. Here are a few of the sleazy tactics they tried with me: price bait and switch. You’ll think you should be able to see th Be careful if you shop here. Here are a few of the sleazy tactics they tried with me: price bait and switch. You’ll think you should be able to see this coming but they won’t spring it on you until you’re locked in the ‘secure’ paperwork room. And once you arrive at a deal and begin signing paperwork they throw an inflated price at you as one of the last papers to sign. You’ve already signed a lot of paperwork by that point and they are counting on you to give in after wearing you down for five hours. They will tell you your used vehicle has a clean CarFax report and then apologize that they made a mistake and pulled the wrong CarFax. Your vehicle has been in a few accidents, honest mistake, but it’s in great shape, please forgive us. They will tell you that you have to purchase keyfob insurance. Or they will explain later that some hidden fees you found were in fact for keyfob insurance. They will tell you that you have to purchase paint and dent insurance. And other types of insurance. They will actually lie to you and tell you these insurances are mandatory. Do not sign anything until you have all the paperwork in front of you and you have fully reviewed every aspect of every page and are satisfied that all the math is correct and agreed to. I am not kidding you, they know this game better than you and they practice every day. The finance manager will get you every way an old school greasy salesman can get you. Then, the General Manager will respond to yet another one-Star review by apologizing that you feel you were mistreated. Check out their one star reviews, over 170 on google alone. Two stars on yelp. Etcetera etcetera. They trick unsuspecting buyers every day and you buy a car maybe once every five years. Classic old school cynical tactics, tricks. Don’t go there unless you’re a scholar studying how used car salesmen manipulate people like carnival marks. Their service department are polite and helpful. More
