Jason was great Came in without an appointment for an oil change, the older lady that created me at the car drop off garage was not very welcoming, she seemed annoyed Came in without an appointment for an oil change, the older lady that created me at the car drop off garage was not very welcoming, she seemed annoyed that I was there without an appointment, even though I explained to her that I had called prior to arriving to make sure that that wouldn’t be a problem, she walked away and said she couldn’t guarantee anything, then she walked back with Jason who took care of us after that, he was great, made us feel welcomed and was very informative, I told him that the entune on my 4Runner would shut off by itself, he recommended a software update on the system, the overall experience once Jason took over was great, he seems like a great young kid eager to move up with the company, I’ll always go back to him after this visit as long as he’s with the company. More
