Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback, Mr. Rayos. During your purchase, you agreed to the purchase price of the vehicle and the $3,000 difference for the Lawton Advantage package. When the check engine light came on, we came to your job to pick up the vehicle and left you a loaner car. We repaired the check engine issue and at that time our sales manager explained that if we could not fix the screen we would put in an aftermarket screen, which you also agreed to. We communicated with you throughout the process and are genuinely disheartened to learn that your experience led to a one-star review. We appreciate your business and hope to have an opportunity to earn business loyalty in the future.
