I waited almost two and a half hours for an inspection and oil change on a car less than a year old with only 5,500 miles on it. The staff were unprofessional - telling stories with each other but cursing and oil change on a car less than a year old with only 5,500 miles on it. The staff were unprofessional - telling stories with each other but cursing A LOT. I was very underwhelmed by the waiting area - no refreshments or snacks. I would’ve rather paid for my local auto shop to get these services done quickly rather than get it free from this service center. More

Wasted 6 hours of my time with misdiagnosing my check engine light. Had me return twice with no resolve. I called to follow two times and never got a returned call as promised by the customer service rep engine light. Had me return twice with no resolve.
