Upon entering the service dept, I was greeted by this disrespectful girl, who was salty AF bc I had an appointment with Javon. Javon on the other hand is a consummate professional. I live in northern Maryland, and recently had an issue with my Honda CRV while visiting my family in Allentown, PA. The Tire pressure sensor on my vehicle came on while on our drive to Allentown, and I b with my Honda CRV while visiting my family in Allentown, PA. The Tire pressure sensor on my vehicle came on while on our drive to Allentown, and I brought the vehicle into your dealearship on February 5th to resolve the issue. It was there that I was fortunate enought to be assigned Jim Copek as my service advisor. Jim spent the next two days working with me to get the tires I needed, at a very competitive price, and complete some regular scheduled maintenance and resolve a recall issue on the battery cable. All of this was done with the utmost courtesy and responsiveness by Jim. He worked with me on our travel schedule to get the work done in time to meet other schedule pressures we had that week. (Note: providing Lyft services to your customers is a great asset) Jim is a real professional and is a credit to your dealership. I will not hesitate to use your services again if I have the need on a future trip to Allentown. Also, I will recommend your dealership to anyone interested in service, or purchase of a Honda. More
