Danielle was very pleasant and efficient. She didn’t try to upsell products that weren’t necessary. An oil change, tire rotation and a multi-point inspection took about 1 1/2 hours. Good service, but the wait time is outstanding for express services. The dealer is great I love my purchase and the dealership itself is getting a facelift. The typical car dealership experience for service is not all there, but I can slowly see it coming back. This experience was better than my last. More
