As always, when I take my Maverick in for service I am meet with a smile and JD always remembers my name! Kelsey was awesome, she took the time to ask about my truck. Great service as always. I certainly appreciate the loaner vehicle. I live an hour away from the dealership and it makes it easier to get back-and-forth to work and to keep g I certainly appreciate the loaner vehicle. The only thing I can say that I did not appreciate was having to pay a deductible again for much of the same work that was done about a year ago. Transmission work should not come again after around 10,000 miles. It should’ve been warrantied. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was great. More

I called Riata Ford Manor-Leif Johnson, knowing exactly what I wanted., Edward was the person who helped me out through out the whole process, since I live out of town he took care of everything and made t what I wanted., Edward was the person who helped me out through out the whole process, since I live out of town he took care of everything and made the whole experience as fast and easy as possible, he communicated with so much detail, patience and videos that it felt as if I was there in person. He was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and even delivered it to my house himself. This was my first experience as a buyer from Riata Ford and I feel very confident with my recent purchase. I know I can call Edward anytime if I encounter an issue and I know that Riata Ford will be there whenever I need anything with my new vehicle. More
I drove to Riata Ford Manor-Leif Johnson, on the day before Thanksgiving knowing exactly what I wanted. There was a young man outside by the name of LaMarcus Burnette, enjoying the weather and he asked before Thanksgiving knowing exactly what I wanted. There was a young man outside by the name of LaMarcus Burnette, enjoying the weather and he asked me if he could help me. I told him I was looking for a sales person, but not a pushy one. . He told me he was a sales person and he wasn’t pushy so I told him let’s talk. Riata did not have the exact vehicle on the lot that I wanted because I had a preference in the interior color and I wanted a 4 wheel drive. LaMarcus had to do some shuffling here and there but was able to get me the vehicle I wanted. He even delivered it to my house. I noticed there were no floor mats in the vehicle and he brought some to me on his way home from work one night. LaMarcus Burnette also listened to me when I told him I was recovering from back surgery. He asked how much of my time I could give him. I told him and he made it happen within my timeframe. He asked and made sure I was ok throughout the sale and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. This was my third experience as a buyer from Riata Ford over the years and I have never encountered a pushy sales person there. I feel very confident with my recent purchase just as I have in the past. I know I can call LaMarcus anytime if I encounter an issue and I know that Riata Ford will be nearby whenever I need service for my new vehicle. More
