I had scheduled to come in the next day to drive again and Alison was ready for me. She answered all my questions, was patient with me (because I'm indecisive) and after a long day Friday, I finally decided I'd buy it. She drove with me to the rental car place, and drove me back to begin paperwork. She was there until after closing with me, as I was securing financing, and it was a long day for us both! She messaged me Friday evening when we both left to ensure I got home safely! Thank you Alison, I look forward to driving around in my new-to-me Santa Fe looking down at my own Alison swag in the cupholder! :D About the dealership: Was friendly. I'm bumping one star on the dealership due to the lengthy amount of time it took to get to my financial packet and process it on a Friday evening. Knowing it was a long day and was way after closing time @ 8pm, I wanted to complete the papers as quickly as possible to get home. When I was approached by the person doing my papers, and I had asked nicely to get the show on the road in other words, he asked why I waited so long to decide. And I just think it was none of his business why I waited so long, and that his only concern should be to understand I sat patiently and waited roughly 2 hours to get my papers done and he should've been more in tune with that task rather than making me feel like I did that to myself on purpose. More

Overall, positive experience! We needed to buy a car and initially were not pursuing a new car purchase. We were confident that we were going to purchase another (our 3rd) Honda Accord. The Sales Manager was personable and worked out a fair price for our trade-in and for a new 2020 Honda Accord. Our Sales Rep, Marvin Camper was excellent! Marvin located our new car, had it prepped and processed the paperwork all within about 24 hours. He made us aware of the differences among all of the Honda Accord models and made sure we understood the features of our new car, which he helped program. It is evident that Marvin wants your business and to find you the right car, not just try to sell to you. Recommend the Finance Department not push the extended warranty so hard, which was exhausting and unexpected towards the end of our transaction. Overall, a positive experience with Leith Honda! More
