I took my daughters 2008 Honda for repair knowing that there was a high chance that trading in our car and would be a better use for our money. Dropped my car off January 3rd to be looked at. Got a call back the following morning saying they needed to order a part. Fine, but I needed to prepay almost $200. In addition, I was told I would get a call when the part arrived. 1 week goes by, 2 weeks go by. I finally called and said where is the part I paid for. The guy tells me looks like its been in since January 7th, sorry your sales person didn't give you a call. In addition my options are to either wait a week or leave my car at Honda for over 48 hours. Aaron is the most incompetent guy on Earth and I'm shocked Chuck Prier runs service that way at Leith. More
