Cohen Heaton was a wonderful sales person! He was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process of purchasing the car of my dreams. I only came to see how the car drove and compare it with other cars I was considering for purchase. I truly did not come to purchase a car that night. Cohen showed me all of the features of the car and convinced me to stay a little while so they could "run the numbers" and see if it was possible that I buy this car. I did not anticipate that it would be possible. Within an hour I was signing papers to purchase this car - or so I thought. Frank Cardwell had me sign papers and I was on my way home in my new-to-me used car in no time. Unfortunately we were not done with this process, as I had thought. There was an issue with my financing with the credit union and so we had to start again. This was a terrible set-back in my mind and very stressful for me, but Frank eventually worked it out to something we could both agree upon. Frank did a great job and made this deal possible. I came in later to get some small dents repaired and the service center was great! The car looked like new at the end of the day. Steve, the shuttle driver, took me to work and brought me back to the dealership later in the day. He is a very good driver and a sweet man. Your shuttle service is a life saver and I appreciated it very much. I also came in to have a key made on a different date and everyone was very helpful. If I looked lost, the nearest person asked if they could help me, they offered me a beverage, made sure I had a place to sit down and be comfortable while I waited. I have never experienced such care and concern, especially from people who weren't benefitting (directly) from my purchase. Cohen also went above and beyond the call of duty by getting a quote for me from the window tinting company across the street. Cohen was incredible during this entire process! I have told everyone I know that Lenoir CIty Ford "made me an offer I couldn't refuse" on a wonderful car that makes me happy every time I see it. More

After searching adds and visiting many of the local dealerships I landed at Lenoir City Ford by chance one day, when I spotted a truck that looked interesting. I was new to diesel trucks, and addressed may concerns and questions with John and Brad. I don't think they ever got frustrated with me in the process and helped me along by trying to locate a good deal. While the truck I saw initially didn't work out for me, I do feel I got a great deal on another late model truck (2013) and a fair price on my trade - within my budget! A.D. Jones More

Overall a good experience. There was a pricing difference from what was originally quoted than what was presented on the paperwork.
