Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI

We purchased our 2nd vehicle for cash from Lenz in FDL in Nov 2025. I was desperate for a car because my 2018 Chevy Suburban's transmission went out. I bought 2024 Grand Highlander with less than 10000 mile Nov 2025. I was desperate for a car because my 2018 Chevy Suburban's transmission went out. We found out that it was from Canada, but were not informed that we couldn't change the temperature, A/C or heat from Celsius to Fahrenheit (not a deal breaker) We also found that the original owner's info was still on the hard drive & we would have to have that removed by a Toyota dealership. (we planned to do that at our first oil change) We found that the cruise control isn't working and we needed to figure out the rear windshield washer fluid, too. I called to schedule my oil change and found that the car has THREE recalls on it that should have been addressed before it left the lot. I had to call the Toyota customer service to get a letter okaying the work. Then parts had to be ordered because Canadian Grand Highlanders parts are not universal. We are still waiting on parts. Last week, after I found all this out, I came to this website to explain this and say how disappointing it all is, but as soon as I hit 'submit', I immediately got a text from someone asking me what kind of car I was looking for. I explained that I'm not looking for a car and told her the situation and she said she would 'elevate this to management' and I would get a call ASAP. No call. I texted her yesterday to tell her I never heard from anyone and I would be leaving a review. She asked me to hold off and she would make sure someone from management would call me ASAP. Another day has gone by. I'm very disappointed. I received a message immediately when you thought I was looking for a car, but no one will take the time to address these issues with me. I'm sure the details of this review will allow you to figure out who I am. I'll wait and see if I hear from anyone. More
