A Great Experience I worked with Zach, he was honest and up front immediately and I never felt pressured. I traded in and got offered KBB value with few questions asked. The vehicle I test drove (ultimately purchased) was very clean. I was in an out of the dealership within two hours. I purchased on a Saturday, on Monday I had a cracked windshield. I contacted Lenz and they had a new windshield put on in less then a week, really above and beyond service. I won't think twice about returning for my next vehicle. More

Poor customer relations I left a review in December of 2018 for this dealer. Now I am leaving another as they are threatening us with legal action instead of stepping up and I left a review in December of 2018 for this dealer. I tried to contact someone less than 24 hrs. after purchase but noone was interested enough to talk to me to resolve the problem. They think they are in the right and that's that. We are both seniors and feel that they took advantage of us for not seeing something they should have disclosed. Be very, very careful! More
