A delightfully positive truck-buying experience! Although I came to Lester Glenn prepared to buy a Chevy Colorado, A-1 salesperson Nick Fratto saw that I was 'taken' by a recently traded-in 2014 Taco Although I came to Lester Glenn prepared to buy a Chevy Colorado, A-1 salesperson Nick Fratto saw that I was 'taken' by a recently traded-in 2014 Tacoma, more akin to size/style of my old pick-up, and suggested we take it for a spin. Impressed by it's overall performance and condition, I decided to negotiate a deal to buy this truck, instead. So Nick, with the patience and positivity of a Saint, entered into a challenging back and forth, aided by 12-year? veteran Dan Bennett. Within 2 days, after trading in an 18-year old smokin'-under-the-hood Chevy!(literally), I drove away in my dream Tacoma, smiling and grateful to Nick and to Dan for their very honest and engaging deliberations.
