There was no pressure from Mr. Chiappano, only the intent to satisfy the customer by being as helpful possible. Following vehicle selection, and the appraisal of my trade-in, I was made an offer that exceeded my expectations. Upon acceptance, the sales process was carried out in an expeditious and efficient manner. Any questions that I had during the process were answered without hesitation. Because I did not anticipate immediate delivery, I was not in possession of the needed financial instrument (check) or the trade-in's Certifcate of Title. Mr. Chiappano indicated that that was no problem; I could return the next day with both. After all details were completed, my new car was waiting for me in a bay adjoining the showroom at which time Mr. Chiappano explained many of its features. We looked at used cars from other dealers and were still undecided on what we wanted to do. It is nice to not get pressured into rushing our thoughts in purchasing a used vehicle. He basically just answered our questions. He was awesome and answered all of our questions and many phone calls even after we decided on a car. He also suggested that we take the car home for the weekend while he processed our paperwork. That was the best thing he ever suggested. Not only did we like the car, so did some of our friends. I I told them to ask for Mike when they are ready to buy. I went to the dealership for the sole purpose of finding out if I could take a test drive of a chevy sonic with a manual transmission. A test drive led to a discussion about purchasing, and while I was not really expecting it, long story short I left the dealership in just over an hour with a new car, a payment that I wanted, and a very happy new car owner! My salesman Michael Stockhausen was friendly, not pushy but persuasive, and eager to make the deal. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable! I would highly recommend not only this car, but the dealer and salesman as well! They answered questions, offered a great service plan, but the most enjoyable was never feeling the pressure to undertake something I wasn't comfortable to do. More
