Dwilson512, we apologize for your experience. Due to the current conditions in our area, our service hours have changed and our Service Department is not currently open on Saturday. In normal circumstances, a team member would have been available to speak with you or return your call sooner. Due to New Jersey Blue Law, we are always closed on Sundays. We assist many customers and try to assist all customers that have left messages for us in the order in which we receive them, but Monday would have been the first opportunity for us to return your call. Our records indicate that a call was made at 10:00 on Monday by the service manager to the number we had on file. We do not know why we were unable to connect with you, but apologize that this was the case. As you stated, you've been a customer of ours for many years, and whether you're a new or existing customer, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience possible. That is our goal with every customer, and certainly one that has been a member of the Lester Glenn Family for some time. We apologize if we fell short on this occasion and will work hard at not allowing this to happen again in the future. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will give us another chance to show you that this is not the typical experience you can expect from any of our teams.

I understand you are not open on Sat or Sunday, as far as the call on Monday, I have NO calls from your offices on my caller id AND I left the cell phone on my message in case you did not have it and I was home Monday until 1:30 pm with no calls to my house Monday morning I spoke to someone, who decided I needed an appointment then put me on hold and came back to say the service manager had to call me back, I called again at 3pm since I did not receive a call back (you are open till 5 ) and again left a message for someone to call me. Why on earth would I need an appointment to get a code for a radio that was no longer in my truck ? To get the $130 service call ? I did receive a call 12:30 pm on Tues. By that time I had already gotten the information from my new dealer Manahawkin Jeep, which by the way took the person that answered the phone 45 seconds to give me the code for free. Customer service is what brings a customer back time and time again.
