I visited the dealership and meet Seth Leifler. I was interested in an early ending to my lease on my Hyundai Tucson. I had shopped Honda CR-V and Hyundai Santa Fe. Seth was warm and friendly, answered my questions, allowed me a test drive. I decided on a Forester sport. He then worked a deal with me on a 36-month lease. The vehicle was in transit from the factory and would arrive in a few weeks. 3 days later I concluded that my Tucson had depreciated more than I assumed and decided to cancel. Then, in stepped Jim Grace who called me and asked if I would come in and see if he could help. I did and met with Jim and Seth. They worked out a new deal and now I'm driving a new 2023 Forester. The finance (Patrick Piro) and delivery coordinator (Brandon Grace) are outstanding too.
