First thing when I got to pick up the courtesy vehicle and drop off my vehicle for a recall, Kathy was very upset that I came in at close to 4 o’clock because I suppose she was going home although she act and drop off my vehicle for a recall, Kathy was very upset that I came in at close to 4 o’clock because I suppose she was going home although she acted nice. She was slamming things clearly irritated that we were there even though I told Frank that I worked till 330 and wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle till then. I assumed all the paperwork would be ready knowing that I was coming in so I wouldn’t tie her up. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 24 hours. No updates saying it wasn’t ready or it would be ready as I arrive to pick up my vehicle,I was informed by Kathy that the Wi-Fi had gone down and I was unable to get my vehicle , this was a great inconvenience for me as I had to pick up my husband from work early so I would be able to pick up my vehicle and still get him from work on time. I should’ve had updates. I was told that there was no comparable vehicle for me to , use as a courtesy car and I was instructed that I would have to gas up the vehicle upon returning it I think since there is no Solterra to use as a courtesy vehicle asking me to fill up the gas should’ve been waived. Also, this isn’t my first run-in with Kathy. I’ve been in there previously for maintenance on my vehicle and counted her using the F word a few times with her coworkers, she is very unprofessional in my opinion. More
