The lease on my 2018 Atlas was ending so my husband and I came to the Lewisville location to explore our options. He answered all of our questions, if he didn’t know the answer he got with someone who did, he pulled several cars out for us to check out and treated us professionally and warmly. We didn’t feel pressured to buy something or to consider other options that didn’t suit us. The dealership maxed out the appraisal on the now 5 year old car, which was awesome, and worked with us on getting a better monthly note on my new lease on a 2023 Atlas with 1 mile on it. We had a bad experience the first time we came to VW in 2019 (we proceeded since the car was the best option for our family), but thanks to the new ownership and better quality salesmen, we had a much better experience this time around. VW was very gracious to us as return customers. The process was painless and went very smoothly. I absolutely love my car! I’m happy to be part of the VW family and the Lewisville location is awesome! More
