Kastriot helped me from the time I called in to inquire about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. He was incredibly friendly, but also knowledgeable ab about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. I actually had to come back the next day because I didn't have time to cash my check for the down payment, and Kastriot was again super friendly and got me taken care of - made sure the tires had the right amount of air and the coolant was topped off. 10/10 service from him and the finance department as well.
