I appreciated being able to text questions ahead of my visit to get answers! They were able to pull 2 cars up for me to text drive as I was pulling in that matched what I was looking for. I recently had a very disappointing experience with service advisor Melissa Ortiz. She did a poor job addressing the issue with my vehicle, replacing the bulb on the completely wrong side. When we took service advisor Melissa Ortiz. She did a poor job addressing the issue with my vehicle, replacing the bulb on the completely wrong side. When we took the car back to her, she was very rude, condescending, and did not want to address our concerns. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this matter. I would advise to stay away from this dealership and service Center and look elsewhere for your service where staff is willing to listen to your concerns and not be hostile. More
