My experience was top notch and efficient. I believe the $395 fee upon lease termination should be disclosed on the front end. That undisclosed fee caused me to become upset with the process, made my daughter uncomfortable and made me look less than understanding during what should have been a happy time - buying or leasing a new car. Would highly recommend this showroom. Volkswagen is a know brand and hopefully the car will meet our expectations in long run.
