I had an extraordinary experience buying a car with sales rep, Kaleb Mathis. Kaleb was me in a warm and open manner which was entirely welcoming. I felt Kaleb listened carefully to my concerns and seemed very attentive at every stage of my inquiry — projecting no sense of “selling” or urgency to close a deal. Although Kaleb qualified his knowledge about the car, a Genesis GV60, as “limited”; he was extremely adept at handling the vehicle, answering my questions, identifying the buttons and doodads, and quickly found answers (Google) to questions he didn’t know. Negotiations were seamlessly amicable, and we closed with both of us super happy about the deal. I truly felt that Kaleb had gone to bat for me each time he took the paper back to the manager. I was ultimately thrilled with the transaction, the car, and with Kaleb. I can’t imagine a more smooth and positive experience than the one I had buying my beautiful car at Lexus of Sarasota.
