I dealt with Ana Lima to test drive and, ultimately, purchase a 2026 TX. When I came in, I found out there was no TX available to test drive. Despite this less than optimal start to my visit, Ana improv purchase a 2026 TX. When I came in, I found out there was no TX available to test drive. Despite this less than optimal start to my visit, Ana improvised to give me a similar test drive experience. She did a phenomenal job demonstrating the technology and overall explaining all that the TX had to offer. She worked diligently to find a car to test drive and came to my office so I wasn’t inconvenienced. When I decided to go forward with my purchase, she worked to find the car I wanted. Her excellent customer service, expertise, and communication was key in my decision to go with the TX over an Acura. Ana is a wonderful asset to the dealership. More

My experience with my Sales Person, Brandon was great. He was communicative, knowledgeable and I felt like a priority. I would not recommend this dealership if you are a remote buyer, I did not feel value He was communicative, knowledgeable and I felt like a priority. I would not recommend this dealership if you are a remote buyer, I did not feel valued as a customer by the sales manager or finance team. Because i was a remote buyer, I was not a priority to finish out the sale with the finance department. I was not impressed on any level with that part of my experience. This dealership has a lot of opportunity around improving their customer service around remote buyers. More
