From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, our experience was great!!! We were immediately spoken to and taken to Shelley who assisted us with our first Lexus purchase. She was so down to earth and very friendly . She answered all of our questions and went out of her way on her day off to come in and go over our vehicle with us when it came in. The entire experience at Lexus of Akron was wonderful and we will be going back there again for our next purchase. The dealership was beautiful and all the staff I encountered or spoke with were kind and courteous. My salesman Jon was great, he kept contacting me about turning in my car.
