The staff were exceptional! Shelly definitely went above and beyond beyond for me to make sure I got the car I wanted and could afford! She was accommodating beyond words! I took my RX350 for a front end clunking noise. I’ve been living with it because of COVID. Finally I made an appointment to be told that two techs took it for a drive and it’s operating as designed.
