I took my RX350 for a front end clunking noise. I’ve been living with it because of COVID. Finally I made an appointment to be told that two techs took it for a drive and it’s operating as designed. Working with Shelly was easy. She and Sarah made buying from the internet seemless - from our initial conversation to the delivery.
