We weren't sure what to expect after such a long drive, but Mark surprisingly met us at the door and greeted us with a friendly smile. He went to great lengths in making us feel at ease and answering all of our many questions. The manager also took the time to stop by and introduce himself. He shook our hands and thanked us for making the drive and selecting their location to potentially buy a vehicle. I made the purchased and wasted no time getting back on the road. The next morning, I received a call from Mark checking to ensure we made it back safely and to thank us once again. Hands down, this has to be one of my most pleasant experiences in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in a long time. I'm a delighted customer! More
