She asked how she could help us and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us a few cars and explained the features of all the cars very thoroughly. We finally decided on a 2016 RX 350. She then went over the car and gave us the highlights of the car and asked us if we wanted to test drive it. We did and made our decision. She then sat down and worked up the numbers and were in agreement. She set everything up and we met with the financial person (wish I remembered his name but he was great also. very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable). Tammy made buying this car very enjoyable. Her help, professionalism, and knowledge was great. It was a pleasure working with her. More
