We ended up purchasing, since that really fit us the best . Peter was straight to the point on the negotiation and David steered us through the financing with some options and suggestions that saved us additional dollars . We felt treated fair on our trade and absolutely will deal here again for our next Lexus ( or used car) purchase. More

Although, there were several customers in the dealership, I was able to test drive several vehicles and make my selection. My choice was the showroom vehicle, yet they were all able to clear the vehicle from the showroom floor without undo inconvenience to the other customers and sufficiently ready my vehicle for delivery later in the day. I love the vehicle and I have had no issues with garnering information on my new Lexus whenever I request it. Additionally, Vehicle Delivery Specialist (Brandon) went a step above to fully explain the new vehicle and get me on the road home in no time flat. Bravo More

Very Good Experience with my New Lexus Lease I just purchased a New Lexus ES350 F Sport today from Akron-Canton Lexus and my Salesman was Sonny Thomas. I have known Sonny for about 30 years as h I just purchased a New Lexus ES350 F Sport today from Akron-Canton Lexus and my Salesman was Sonny Thomas. I have known Sonny for about 30 years as he sold me one of my first cars. I narrowed it down to the New Lexus ES350 F Sport however they only had it in White at the Dealership. He asked me what would be my desired Color and I told him the Ultrasonic Blue Mica. He said he would search for one in that color with the same options that I had picked out. Not only did he come through with finding that car in the Ultrasonic Blue Mica, it also had 2 additional options that was not on the Original White car that I looked at. Being the Professional Dealership that they are, they said they would get it for me and there would be NO Additional Cost to me. When I went to pick up the vehicle it looked even better than the picture in the book. i am very pleased with the color and all of the options that the car came with. Customer service at its best. I brought my daughters Lexus in for service on the ignition and ask for Randy who was the previous salesman of the car.
