Bob was friendly and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car. He wasn’t pushy, which I appreciated, and he stayed in touch when new vehicles became available. On my first visit, he brought a car over from another dealership for me to test drive but wasn't fond of the color. I decided to hold out for a white one. A couple of weeks later Bob called to let me know a white one had just come in that fit what I was looking for. I appreciated him following up and keeping me in mind.
