Based on that, she thoughtfully crunched the numbers and presented vehicle options that truly aligned with our needs. What stood out most was Taylor’s honesty and transparency. She clearly explained the features, pros, cons, and benefits of both leasing and buying, without any pressure. Because we prefer to change cars every three years, her guidance helped us confidently decide on purchasing the UX 350h, which turned out to be the perfect fit.
