We would like to thank Bob Hill of Lexus of Brookfield for making yesterday the best car purchase of our lives. We had been looking for 3 weeks, both on line and going to dealerships for a car. I went to Lexus of Brookfield searching for a truck yesterday. I absolutely had the best experience ever at a dealership. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly staff. He’s friendly, kind and knowledgeable and patient with me. He showed me a jeep that I feel in love with. I made the purchase with complete ease. Upon picking up my truck today, I was greeted by my salesman Rob S. with a bouquet of red roses in appreciation of my sale. I’ve never in my life had such an awesome experience like this.
