I found a used vehicle on a third-party site that Lexus of Brookfield had for sale. After inquiring on the vehicle via an online contact form with multiple questions pertaining to the vehicle and it’s CARF of Brookfield had for sale. I expressed that I was not local to the area, so Jake was open to working with me on questions and price to ensure we were in agreement and that I was comfortable before I made a drive to look at and test drive the vehicle. Upon my arrival, I met Jake and was introduced to Ryan in Sales and Chris in Finance. Ryan, Jake and Chris continued to walk me through the process. They took extra steps to ensure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase and decisions. I was there to purchase a used vehicle, but I felt they gave me (and the vehicle) time, attention and addressed each concern the same as if I was purchasing a six-figure vehicle. Ryan was new to his sales position (I was his second sale) and I believe that he will thrive in his position moving forward. Ryan is also in good hands under the experience and knowledge that Jake and Chris will share with him, making him an asset to Lexus of Brookfield and their customers. As with any dealership, I recommend doing your research and educating yourself on the vehicle you’re purchasing, but once you’re comfortable, Lexus of Brookfield will take care of you. More
