One of our visits was Bob's day off and we simply wanted to look at interior and exterior color options, we let the other sales folks know that, instead of ignoring us, they jumped in to help us, bringing vehicles for us to test drive and compare, asked us questions, guided us, etc. Most dealerships would not treat you this way.
