The staff applause for the unveiling was a nice touch, and I would buy from you again, however the hard sell on the roadside assistance package directly following left a bad taste. The trick with the "mistake" on the sales tax was also too transparent. Increase the staff salaries and dispense with the overly-expensive add-ons and you will improve the overall sales experience, imho. More

Although a certified preowned car, it arrived as advertised and looked like new. The pricing was fair and I was able to speak with a tech person who talked me through some of the technology in the car. I would recommend both the dealership and Colin as the sales consultant to work with. More
