I found a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that I really liked. It’s a 2017 with only 33k miles. After inspecting under the vehicle before purchase I found the entire undercarriage was wet with oil of some sort. G It’s a 2017 with only 33k miles. After inspecting under the vehicle before purchase I found the entire undercarriage was wet with oil of some sort. Good thing is My sales associate who by chance is named Lexus was able to get it to Jeep and have it it fixed under warranty. They replaced the transmission pan and gasket. I purchased the vehicle. Here I am 3 weeks after purchase and I needed to use my A/C because it finally got warm outside. Well the A/C is having issues. I asked my Sales associate Lexus if they could look at it or recharge the system. She asked Michael Fletcher the manager and he responded No. my question is do you think I would buy a vehicle if the A/C needed work and I had to pay out of pocket? Next is you can’t say it was working because we inspect all our vehicles before we put them on the lot because it’s clear that you don’t since I the customer discovered a massive leak that was old under the vehicle. A little customer service would be nice. The company should focus on customer centric as one of their values. All I’m asking for is to have it looked at. I also called Michael Fletcher and left a voicemail but have not been called back. More
