As soon as we met Lexus of Henderson Sales Consultant Mr. Eldred Obodai, we knew right away that this vehicle shopping experience was going to be something totally different than we have ever experienced before while purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Ododai demonstrated outstanding customer professionalism and knowledge while addressing all of our questions that we had as new customers. During the test drive, Mr. Ododai was able to very specifically highlight all the features of the vehicle to us which was amazing and certainly very much appreciated. Exceptional purchasing experience I always wanted a convertible and have seen and driven several of the Lexus IS250 C. The car I was interested in is 9 years young and was in their sho I always wanted a convertible and have seen and driven several of the Lexus IS250 C. The car I was interested in is 9 years young and was in their showroom. I reside in San Diego which is 340 miles away. The buying process started on-line with Michelle Suson, their Internet Sales Manager. Michelle promptly and professionally answered all of my inquiries to my complete satisfaction. Once we agreed to the price, I made arrangements to complete my due diligence process. I flew to the nearest airport, which is Las Vegas, and Jerry, their driver, was waiting at the airport to pick me up. Once I arrived at Lexus of Henderson, Michelle had set aside the day to support me with the final inspection, test drive, and final documentation acceptance. The vehicle had under 33K miles and was serviced by Lexus the entire 9 years. This particular car is in excellent condition and showed pride of ownership from the previous owner. The car and the sales process did not disappoint in any way. Quick shout out to Richard Kaye, finance manager, as well for his professionalism during the paperwork process. The sale required an interstate sale from Nevada to California and the process was completely hassle free on my end. I have no hesitations recommending this dealership.
