The service team and Mr. Kelly very responsive and courteous. thank you. However, the finance seems to have their hands tied by corporate dictates on interest charges. I was given 4.99% with over 800 fico score. Now i have to go to Bank o America to refinance. They offered 3,89 for 60 months. Excellent dealership if you fix the finance issue and allow competitive rates. More

Service I got a bolt in my tire ... lost pressure so I called a tow to remove the tire and add the spare. The next morning as soon as Lexus in Henderson opene I got a bolt in my tire ... lost pressure so I called a tow to remove the tire and add the spare. The next morning as soon as Lexus in Henderson opened I took my car in for service since the tire was insured. Lexus of Henderson not only took care of the tire.. by replacing it they replaced my battery 🔋 (under warranty) because it was low. Although I didn’t have any issues with my battery, I am grateful they did to Avoiding any future issues. More
