Recall Service I had a recall service performed and made an appointment on line. I did not expect the service to take 4 hours, but John Lohne took over and made it h I had a recall service performed and made an appointment on line. I did not expect the service to take 4 hours, but John Lohne took over and made it happen in less time and got the job done right. Meanwhile, while waiting, I dealt with Frank Lee and test drove several new cars and decided to buy one that day. He was very helpful especially when I decided to change colors the next day. I also had several personable conversations with T. R. Page during that time and my wait for the service just went fast. More

Lexus team at the top of their game Brought my 2017 RX in for a wash and as usual wandered the showroom. Lease would be up in about 6 months and a casual conversation with Tom Hakimi led to the fact that I did ( or should ) have received notification re a program to buy back three months of the lease. I had not remembered seeing any communication but that is not surprising since I still get communications on vehicles that I got rid of years ago from other dealers and dismiss them as junk mail. One thing led to another and I guess I became the first customer for a 2020 RX. I was double teamed by Tom and John Cuestas and they were great in helping Alice and I work our way to another ( I hope ) great RX. From years I have going to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville 18 times a year for treatment and wanted the best driving , safest car on the road. I believe thats whyI choose Lexus. Never had a service issue . The normal ,maintenance requirements are are handled in a first class manner by Eliza. Keep up the good work. Customer service is more important that any other factor when I make a purchase. Poor customer service drove me initially from Mercedes to Lexus. There are casual conversations that can help or hurt a business like yours. My brother leased a Lexus a short time after my initial purchase. You know the same name. what you don't know is my sister bought a RX after helping me on one of my Mayo trips. These are the result of the kind of discussions that you never hear of..... More
