Good, Not Perfect I own a 2014 Lexus GX-460 purchased from this dealership. I expected the car to be highly reliable and paid for that, as all Lexus owners do. Since my service account was taken over by Elisa Falcon I have been happy with my relationship with my service manager. She is responsive ans enthusiastic and appears to have my satisfaction as a high priority. I cannot give a "5-star" rating at this point because on my most recent service call for the 60K mile service earlier this month, there was a small problem. I had previously received a recall notice for the passenger air bag (which is a real pain in the neck but I realize that thousands of cars of many makes had the same problem with Takeda bags). I scheduled the replacement to be taken care of that at the time of the 60K service and had a loaner car for the day. The appointment was later shifted by one day after the original date to allow for tech training (should really have been known further in advance). The service seemed to go well but a few days later I noticed my cell phone wasn't charging in the plug-in port and also the seat air cooling/heating lights were not functioning. I believed this was likely due to a blown fuse, perhaps during the air bag replacement. I called Elisa and she gave me an appointment for the following afternoon and the problem was promptly diagnosed and remediated. I credit Elisa for doing her level best but fault the service tech(s) for not noticing the problem before letting the car leave the original appointment and result in the inconvenience of a return visit. A minor problem, yes, but you expect the very best from Lexus (and usually get it), just not this particular time. More

I called my go-to person at Lexus of Melbourne, Elisa Falcon, and she scheduled my car’s appointment that very afternoon. I was told it would take about two hours and I think I was actually out in a little over one hour. Elisa is efficient and quick and explains things to me in a way that makes it easy for me to understand. The service staff is second to none. I have come to appreciate so much the reliability(and luxury!) of a Lexus automobile. And I could not be more pleased with the service and staff of Lexus of Melbourne! More

Trade up and 1st Experience in Purchasing a Pre-Owned Lexus For years I've dealt with Mike Retz for servicing of my 2011 Lexus 350ES. When I mentioned to Mike that I was getting more serious about an upgrade t For years I've dealt with Mike Retz for servicing of my 2011 Lexus 350ES. When I mentioned to Mike that I was getting more serious about an upgrade to a Lexus pre-owned vehicle, he put me in touch with Rob LaMarr. Rob and I walked the lot while discussing my desires and time frames. I knew it would take some time to find the luxury model similar to current Lexus. Rob stayed in touch and contacted me as soon as what he and Mike thought the perfect fit had arrived. I called Rob and said that I wasn't real keen on the lighter silver and definitely not keen on the black interior but I'd swing over to take a peek. Rob and I went on a test drive and the rest is history. Lexus is an outstanding brand but this dealership and Rob's nature made buying this car a pleasure. I feel that I got a great deal and I never felt pressured. At the end of the month on a Friday evening if I hadn't bought the car, I'm sure someone else would have by the end of the weekend. Rob never uttered those words! He let me work through the mental mechanics of doing this deal now or later. I really appreciate that. I appreciate his staying late to get the credit union financing completed. And, I appreciate him helping us move contents from the old to the 2016 vehicle. The car is perfect and I'm loving it. I do like the black interior but more importantly, this car handles impeccably. Within the first week of purchase, I was on 4 lane Sarno road late in the evening. I was driving in the left hand lane going east. Another car, also driving east in the right hand lane, was a few car lengths ahead of me. They decided to make a U-turn! I'm certain that the newer technology coupled with brand new tires, saved me from collision. There, but by the Grace of God, was nobody coming in the opposite direction which is where I ended up having safely avoided contact. Rob followed up via a phone call. Thanks Rob!
