I was amazed at how quickly I received responses from him and how easily he located the exact vehicle I wanted. The out-the-door price was much better than a closer dealership so we drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. When we arrived the car was awaiting us in a special, climate controlled garage area. Keith took the time to share the intricate features of the vehicle before we left the dealership. It still astounds me to think about how easy the whole experience was at Lexus of Melbourne. More

Brakes, Flat Tire and 180,000 SERVICE! I brought my Rx400h in because of a flat tire. I had previously arranged for 180,000 mile service and front brake replacement for the following week. I brought my Rx400h in because of a flat tire. I had previously arranged for 180,000 mile service and front brake replacement for the following week. Elisa quickly arranged to have my flat fixed and suggested we move the service date up to that day and do all at one time. I had to leave the car over the weekend and Elisa quickly found a loaner for me. I ran a few errands and arrived home in time for a great message that my car was ready for pickup. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the facilities from the display floor, to the openness of the service area, the service lounge, and even the layout of building for service and sales areas. It felt special. This was enhanced by the openness and friendliness of every staff member we met or even passed by. We knew we were in a class place and were treated with patience and respect. We placed a difficult challenge to the team to find the car we wanted and in a short period of time. This put a lot of pressure on some of the discussions which inevitably let to some potential clarity issues. Our sales professional John never lost patience and when we did have any issue, he was absolutely open and quickly adjusted things to get us what we wanted. We were impressed with his honesty and flexibility. Nothing seemed to be focused on what he wanted to sell, it was all about getting us what we wanted. Bottom line, the staff searched the country for exactly what we wanted, found it and had it shipped in on time and at the price we wanted.
