This dealership has a policy to charge customers an additional fee based on where they live. I was ready to buy a vehicle and willing to pay full MSRP since it was exactly what I wanted. They asked me where I lived and told me they only charge MSRP to Brevard County locals. I let them know that I work in Brevard County every day (that’s where my company’s office is), and I spend most of my money at Brevard County restaurants and stores. I have even donated to the Brevard United Way for the last 10 years. This did not matter, and I was not considered a “local” since my address was over the county line. Because of this they said I would have to pay an additional $5,000 market adjustment fee. I totally understand wanting to keep inventory available for the community they serve. But I am part of the local community, and it only fair that anyone who lives, works, or worships in Brevard County should be considered a local. Unfortunately, they would not remove the $5,000 additional charge so I couldn’t get the vehicle. I will say the salesman I was working with, Larry, was very helpful and attentive when I was first asking about the vehicle so because of that I am rating 2 stars. More

contacted me saying they have a lx600 that might become available if the customer doesn’t send the wire. And I received a text clearly saying the car is available now and can I send a wire. On 2/28/23 I wi available if the customer doesn’t send the wire. And I received a text clearly saying the car is available now and can I send a wire. On 2/28/23 I wired them $133,576.50 cash immediately same day. And they confirmed my wire is received. I was waiting on the notary and 4 business later I reach out to the internet manager and he said he’s been out the office. On Friday 3/3/23 5 days later I get a phone call saying the car was sold to another customer and I’m obviously unease that I send 133k cash to this dealership and they don’t have my car. Completely like a scam. The GSM Eddie never bother to call and I had to track him down and he was so rude and calls me a brat because I didn’t get what I want. The calls are recorded he literally said they received my wire first but told the other customer that they are giving them another day to send the wire. That’s so unethical if this dealership received my wire why would you tell the other customer to wire you as well? They should of told the other customer the car is sold they received my money. I would literally stay away because now I send them 133k and No car. They either sold to someone to get more money or they are out here trying to scam More
