The service waiting area is very comfortable, the complimentary snacks and drinks are very good and the ability to return for complimentary car washes has been great. For a couple of service appointments they waivered from this rating (for me) and I had considered taking my Lexus somewhere else, However, after consideration and knowing what the level of service used to be I went back.
