Keith was certainly knowledgeable about Lexus, but more importantly, he was personable. My husband and I are both 74 years old and Keith had the patience and understanding needed to explain the high tech features of our new car. He gave us the confidence to know if we ever have a problem or question, he will be there for us. The dealership itself was clean and neat and offered all the amenities to accommodate our wait while our car was being detailed.
