We went in on a Monday Morning and it was raining pretty hard. We were met with a smile by Mandy and we had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features of the car and how they worked. She worked with us to get to a number we were comfortable with and not once did I feel like I was haggling with a dealer. I also liked that I only dealt with her and there was no sales manager that came in to close me like you see in a lot of places. I highly recommend Mandy and the dealership as a whole. Our first experience with Lexus and it was a great one! We are now a Lexus family and will be back to but our next car. More
