Last year I had walked into the dealership looking for a car. I had met Sal and we were working together to see what was available. Our experience with Lexus of Naperville was outstanding from the moment we walked through the front door. We were greeted and immediately assigned to Hani Dolat as potential customers. Hani was warm and from the moment we walked through the front door. We were greeted and immediately assigned to Hani Dolat as potential customers. Hani was warm and engaging from the start. He listened to our needs and asked the appropriate questions in order to find out exactly what we were looking for. He was professional and patient throughout our car buying process. When our kids were with us he was very engaging with them as well and they were both always eager to go and see Hani. The boys wanted us to buy a car from Hani from the start because he was so warm and kind to them. We provided Hani with a budget that I had to stay within. We gave him a very tight range. At first he was unable to fall within this range and we thought we might have to go to a different manufacturer. Hani did not give up. He managed to get the car I wanted at another location. He brought it to Lexus of Naperville and worked diligently with Bruce Johnson in order to get exactly where we needed to be. Even when I had given up hope on owning a Lexus, Hani did not quit. He managed to sell both my husband and I new Lexus vehicles and gain Lexus customers for life! He was an absolute delight and never gave up on trying to get us the deal we needed.
