I was pretty overwhelmed with the technology of my new 2022 ES350 (previous car 2008). Michael Comer, (Master Lexus Delivery Specialist) has a wealth of knowledge that you can't put a price on. I've been back four times and he’s willing to spend as much time as needed getting me comfortable with my new vehicle. I wanted splash guards; Michael checked with the parts department; they weren't available. Michael went out of his way searching high quality aftermarket splash guards for me. John Ziebarth, (Sales Consultant) was my first point of contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles. John also knew important information about my second choice vehicle that I was unaware of as far as cost of servicing. Extremely helpful; I could've made a mistake in my vehicle choice. Thanks John. Tony Steward, (New Vehicle Sales Manager) went out of his way searching for the exact vehicle I was looking for. I went to a lot of different dealerships and none of them got back to me in a timely manner or at all. Thank you Tony. Joe Castillo (Financial Service Manager) The purchase process was painless. No hidden fees, no additional charges. When I came back days later for an extended warranty it was still the same price as quoted when I purchased the vehicle.
