I've been back four times and he’s willing to spend as much time as needed getting me comfortable with my new vehicle. I wanted splash guards; Michael checked with the parts department; they weren't available. Michael went out of his way searching high quality aftermarket splash guards for me. John Ziebarth, (Sales Consultant) was my first point of contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles. John also knew important information about my second choice vehicle that I was unaware of as far as cost of servicing. Extremely helpful; I could've made a mistake in my vehicle choice. Thanks John.
