We exchanged texts for a few days and eventually I text and asked if I could come in to see a couple of models. An appointment was made for me, and when I arrived, Frank greeted us at the door. We saw my reservation on the screen when we arrived. To my surprise, a model and year I was interested in had arrived recently. It was exactly what I wanted. Frank took us on a test drive, gave us a price, got our trade-in appraised, a deal was made, and we were out the door in about 2.5 hours. One of the best experiences I've had buying a car. More

A Lackluster Experience I can only describe my experience as lackluster and extremely disappointing. After my new transaction on November 16th, I received an email from my s I can only describe my experience as lackluster and extremely disappointing. After my new transaction on November 16th, I received an email from my salesman, Robin Zachary on the following Tuesday. In his email, he requested (as he did in person) that I rate the service I received a 5. Although, Robin was friendly and knowledgeable during the entire transaction, he was not as thorough as he should have been and once the paperwork was finalized, I was handed the keys and shuffled out of the door. I detailed in my response to his email my dissatisfaction. My hope was that they were sincere and honest about their email which indicated that my "total satisfaction" was important to them. At the very least, I expected a follow-up email from the manager, Gary Joras, who I included in my response. I expected an attempt to earn a 5-star-review. However, as of this post, neither Robin nor Gary have contacted me. I would not describe this as the "new car experience" that Lexus touts. Please note that I would like to commend Shannon Garofalo for crunching the numbers and getting me in the door with an offer I couldn't refuse. Candace More
