At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I do not recommend this dealership at all. I had purchased 1 car prior and the 2nd time when I was buying they were very rude. I was completely disregarded and ignored after signing. Sales department tells you they will help you but after signing he claims he can't do anything to help. No patience in answering questions and clearly no communication between teams. I couldn't even get one simple keychain cover. Another dealership in a different location on the other hand was happy to give me one. More

Horrible service. Car wasn’t ready when they said it would be and they never reached out to tell me it wouldn’t be ready. The service rep had an attitude.
