You will see many of us have been treated poorly and most importantly, Lexus of North Miami doesn't even have the decency to say "SORRY". Clearly the Founder Craig Zinn, his GM Tony Stampone and sales manager Vlademir Kesling know the reputation their dealership has just from the vast amount of negative posts they have received. If they aren't aware then I understand the behavior of the employees representing them. More
Service manager would not honor the "wheel and tire" warranty policy that I purchased when I bought my Lexus from their other dealership, Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I had to go back to the dealer I bought my Lexus from to use the warranty policy. Also on my last service visit to Lexus of North Miami, I asked the service advisor to adjust my heads up display so it showed the speed limit as it had when I bought the car, but it wasn't fixed. I had to wait 20 minutes to have my car washed, which was supposed to be provided after each service, but when my car was ready it hadn't been washed. the excuse was that they don't wash convertibles because they have a soft top, but they had always washed it before and they advertise that a car wash comes with every service. If the service advisor wasn't such a nice person, I would've given the dealership a 1* rating. More

Just not the brightest bulb out there (just my opinion and experience with him). I wrote a letter to the founder of Lexus North Miami as well as to the GM and Angel Rodriguez. I had the opportunity to hear back from their sales manager Angel who stated his employees representing them made certain statements and promises that they were not able to honor. Not really sure how Angel Rodriguez is overseeing anyone as he was no more competent than Esequiel Suarez or Jefferey Disla. Just an outright horrible buying experience. Although I have never posted an experience (Good or bad) online before, I thought it to be necessary for people to know the type of business experience I received there. I will also be posting on Google Reviews, Yelp, Trustpilot and Consumer Affairs (A site focused on consumer advocacy and detailed reviews). This is the only way groups like Lexus North Miami learn. The saddest thing I experienced from this group was not receiving the most simple apology, that could have somewhat changed my views on my experience. If you want a unpleasant buying experience when purchasing a vehicle, go ahead and buy it here.... This dealership is as deceptive as they come, if you don't believe me, look at some of the other reviews they have received, they also talk about deception, lies, hard sales tactics and outright lies. More
