BEWARE OF SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION! I purchased a brand new Lexus here late last year and had a great experience and love my car. I recently had my first service done. The driver that picked up my vehicle said he accidentally scratched it and will have it repaired which they did. 2 weeks later my insurance called me asking for my insurance policy information for the car “I hit”. Apparently the driver went shopping at a Walmart miles away from the dealership and the drop off location, hit a parked car there and left. Police were called to the scene. Lexus offered as compensation for this ordeal 2 free services. Wow. I have a brand new car, with less then 5k miles on it with an accident on its record. And they are offering me 2 free services. Not to mention it was taken to run errands without my permission. No words with how wrong this whole situation is!!! Do not bring your car here! Absolutely awful! More

The used car purchasing team is very dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. I attempted to sell my leased Lexus vehicle to them and had equity in the car. Instead of making me an offer based on what the borderline fraudulent. I attempted to sell my leased Lexus vehicle to them and had equity in the car. Instead of making me an offer based on what the car was worth, they instead made me an offer based on the buyout price of the lease. Given there was plenty of equity in the vehicle, they wanted to keep all of that profit for themselves. They offered me $10k less than CarMax offered me to buy my vehicle, quite literally robbery in my opinion. This price was also $12k less than what Kelly Blue Book "Instant Cash Offer" was for the vehicle, and of course the dealer told me to come in right away. The manager came over and asked what would be a fair price for my car, but by that point I was not interested in playing their games. When I told them that another dealership offered more, they tried to tell me that I would have to first buy out the lease myself, pay taxes, fees, registration etc. before I could then sell it to another dealer. This was a FLAT OUT LIE. I ended up selling the vehicle to CarMax this morning and it was a very pleasant experience. CarMax called for the payoff, which was exactly the number displayed on the financing website, no added taxes, fees or BS that the dealer tried to scare me into believing I had to pay. Bottom line, if you're looking to sell or trade in your used vehicle, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. This dealership will take every opportunity to take advantage of you that they can. If possible, sell your car elsewhere to get the best value. More
