At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). My wonderful experience at Lexus should be credited to Maria. This was my first encounter with Maria. Rather than having a painful experience at a dealership Maria made me feel like I was spending time wi Maria. This was my first encounter with Maria. Rather than having a painful experience at a dealership Maria made me feel like I was spending time with a longtime friend. She is very knowledgeable about the product that she is selling and is great T determining her client’s wants and needs. She was great at helping me to figure out what was truly best for me. I also felt like Maria had my back when it came to negotiating the nitty gritty details. It was a stress free event that left me wanting to spend more time with Maria. If you go to Lexus - for the absolute best experience anyone should go to Maria. I will refer everyone that I can to her. She is a gem! More

As a follow up from my last review, Terrible customer service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I calle service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I called and they said they were going to rely all the information to the general manager and that i should be receiving a call from him in 2 days. It’s now been 6 days and i have called and followed up but still never got an answer. The General manager Shawn didn’t even have the decency to call me back and they keep saying he’s busy. Once again a terrible experience and coming from a Lexus Dealership I would NEVER expect this. Lost a customer for LIFE. More

There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months All I can say is terrible customer service after you purchase a used car from them. There was an issue with my car that I had got just over 2 months ago. I got the car looked at and there was an alarming issue that they diagnosed that was a pre existing issue by the way the build up was with oil. I spoke with Alfred and he was rude and dismissive. All he kept saying was why didn’t i hear about this earlier. Well, I could say he didn’t hear about this earlier because the car was allegedly inspected and serviced the day before i picked up the car so why would I assume there would be any problems. Clearly that was done poorly. He is not someone that should be in a management or lead position especially when you don’t know how to properly talk to a customer. Would never purchase from there again. More
